Fulfillment Systems
We use EIZ and Shipstation as our primary fulfillment system to process orders from various supplier daily. EIZ is a locally developed fullfilment system based in VIC helping Australian Ecommerce sellers with shipping, order integration, freight quotation, inventory management and analytics.
ShipStation is a software shipping company based in Austin, Texas whose web-based software allows for online retailers to be "exceptionally efficient" at processing, fulfilling, and shipping orders, combining order processing, production of shipping labels, and customer communication in a single interface. The company was founded in 2011 by Byron Wier and Jason Hodges and was acquired by the online shipping and mailing-based company Stamps.com in 2014.
Courier Partners
As a local brand distributor we have aquired multiple courier partners along the way including Australia Post, Aramex, Courier Please, Allied Express, Toll, Startrack, PFL and Hunter Express. Internationally we have TNT, Fedex and UPS for some of our international shipments.
With more options in hand we can figure out the most economical and convenient solution for our customers meeting their needs. As logistic industry becomes more and more essential and expanding exponentially there will be new and more couriers partners who will come on board.
